- Customer Service focus is the key component to our continued success. With this focus in mind, we instill to all employees that customer service is everyone's job. Bottom line, we are here for the customer and will do everything to take care of them.
- Post Graduate School is offered to customers and Sales Representatives. The Post Graduate program introduces the participant to an overview of our capabilities. Attendees will spend time with each department so they can experience the workflow process and understand each department's contributions, which are essential to the production of a printed product.
- We have utilized the Hagen scheduling system since 2000. This system allows for quick and effective viewing of all active projects in real time. Aspects like easy manipulation of press scheduling to effectively hit targeted due dates and access by Customer Service staff for real time tracking of a project are just a couple of the benefits.
- We are known for taking on unique projects. We encourage a challenge and in doing so have added many niche products and services to our capabilities. We currently print on unique substrates such as Lenticular, MagneCote, Sheer Veneer, Clingz, Static Cling, and Vinyl.
- We will continue to successfully accomplish the impossible by remaining creative, flexible and efficient. We get the job done.
