Choose “New Upload” (If RRD is supplying files to you click "Files Available for Donwload")
Once the upload window is open, fill in the Customer Name or CSR Name in the "Upload Name" area. Do not type in the notes area.
NOTE: If you get an error message, chances are you simply need to update Java. It can be quickly downloaded here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
Drag and drop your files, or click on the "Add" button shown at right, and click "Upload"
When upload is complete, email the file or folder name to your Salesperson or Customer Service Representative.
